R16 EXTENSION AND RENOVATION

This client desired to expand their living space, providing their growing family with room to flourish. Upon first entering their home, the layout presented a daunting kitchen wall, two disconnected living areas, and an atmosphere that did not foster a sense of family togetherness.

We set out to transform this space by breaking down barriers and creating an open-plan living, dining, and family area. Additionally, we introduced an extension that now accommodates a welcoming rumpus room. We also undertook a comprehensive reconfiguration and renovation of the bathroom and laundry areas.

The end result will be a home that bears no resemblance to its former self—a true haven for this family to thrive and grow together.
