This project began with a call from a prominent member of our local community, someone with a vision to construct their dream residence for their expanding family. This envisioned home had to be spacious, distinctively segmented, offering privacy and featuring a dedicated master wing, complete with a home office.

The result of our collaborative effort was nothing short of extraordinary—a truly remarkable home, perfectly tailored to the client’s lifestyle and the unique characteristics of their plot of land. This exceptional residence boasts a master wing, a central hub encompassing the main living area and kitchen, a children’s wing complete with a play area, and a separate wing housing a second living area and guest bedrooms. All of these elements are thoughtfully arranged around a beautifully landscaped inner courtyard, featuring lush grass and well-appointed paving, complete with a BBQ area for hosting gatherings and entertaining.

This home seamlessly melds with the site, ensuring both privacy and connectivity through the central courtyard. It stands as a splendid and unparalleled architectural masterpiece.
