R34 EXTENSION AND RENOVATION

We were approached by a couple who were the proud owners of a truly remarkable home. They had purchased the property several years ago and had undertaken an outstanding high-end renovation that left no detail untouched. The result was nothing short of spectacular, featuring polished concrete floors, exposed steel beams, and intricate woodwork.

The project brief presented to us was to craft a substantial extension that would infuse the home with the ambiance of a New York apartment. This envisioned extension would include steel-framed windows, gleaming polished concrete floors, a cozy wood burner, and the addition of a covered outdoor pool. The integration of this extension into the existing structure was executed seamlessly, with large northern windows bathing the space in sunlight throughout the day.

The eastern sun would gracefully silhouette over the pool in the early morning hours, creating an atmosphere that promises to be truly exceptional.
